👋🏼 Thank you for another GREAT podcast! As I finally watched 오징어 게임 a couple weeks ago, it was very interesting to see the political narrative that drove it. Thanks for sharing these insights with us!

Please see my voicemail script for this week below:

"The front runner is a son of rich family who says poor people deserve low-quality food that doesn’t even meet safety standards. "

I can't fact check this but it honestly sounds like typical political propaganda. Same was when the American media falsely reported Trump saying people should drink or inject themselves with bleach to treat COVID.

"The second runner is a handicapped man from a poor family. His family was so poor that he became a child factory worker at 12. His left arm is twisted from press machine accident. His campaign promises are the opposite of the front runner. "

What does his personal biography matter? Look at what his predecessor and party have done. Intimidating North Korean defectors into stop sending leaflets to North Korea. This is suppose to be the "good" party in your eyes? Moon Jae-In is a human rights lawyer. This is what a former human rights lawyer does? Whatever the other issues this is the worst sin.
